The little house is really stunning, every detail is for the guests. There are everything needed, for breakfast as well, even if we booked without breakfast (coffee, tea, sweet things, fruits, marmalade). There is a well equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave oven, coffee machine, stove, etc.). The house is OK for four adults. You can leave the car in a safe public parking only 100 m from the house. You can check-in, when you want, you don’t need to meet with the owner, but she is available if you have questions. We stayed here 1 night on the way home from the vacation, so it was not important, how to reach tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here next time.

This is a house in the country side, about half an hour from the high way. It was perfect for us to spend a night during a long drive.
The hosts are very kind and welcoming, and they let us stay after the check out, since we had to work.
The house is a bit old, but comfy and with everything we needed: comfortable bed, clean sheets, hot shower, equipped kitchen, good wifi, parking and a yard for a dog.
Road to the house is JUST FINE. Very straightforward from the high way, with only about 500m of unpaved road in front of the house. We found it super easy, during the night, using the direction from the booking.
And the price - it's just crazy how affordable it is!
We would gladly come back!

The property is as in the photos, so nice little house with everything you need for a family, decorated with care and with many nice details. The atmosphere itself is very warm and reflects the personality of the owner, Debora, and her nice family, we felt at home all the time. Of course the pool and sauna are fantastic!!
The location is excellent, a very quiet area and at the same time very close to shopping centres and easy access to the motorway, in our case it was ideal to visit the parks of Gardaland and Movieland, during the day, and relax in the pool and sauna at the end of the day.

Big and well equipped house placed in the industrial zone of the town (but I haven't feel any discomfort). Communication with the owner was perfect, the property was clean and ready for us as agreed. The center of the town is cca 5 min by car with a lot of parking possibilities.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The room was spacious, very clean and also had a balcony, the hosts were very friendly and waited as we got little late in arriving, as there was no parking off street close to the hotel they moved their car to make space for us which was highly appreciated. We had a very comfortable one night stay and would stay again if we are visiting that part of the world.
The owners of La Preara we so helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great . The location has stunning views, we will definitely be back.
