Unit is in a great location...old town. It has a kitchen, 2 full baths with showers, a living room, a dining area and a lofted bedroom. There is a coffee maker with coffee as well as glass ware and cutlery. The unit has access to a solarium, which is really nice. You can have coffee or a drink while looking out over the marina area.
We were able to check in early, which was very helpful. To gain access to the building and unit...you used your phone, which was convenient.
Called the management company about parking and they responded promptly and answered the phone when I called about property location, etc.

Spacious property. Kitchen was really well stocked. Friendly and communicative host. Very clean. Easy parking. We did a whole trip around Puglia and this was the best property we stayed at and we wished we had stayed longer.

Cozy apartment, comfy bed, quiet street but just steps to main piazza and the old port. Enjoyed Monopoli and were able to branch out via public transport to see other towns as the unit was only a 10 min. walk to train station. Unit had all necessary amenities. Responsive host. One flight of stairs up but host met us and helped bring bags up. We only had carry on roller bags. Fruit store across street. Cafes in the main piazza nearby. Washer, drying rack, small heater in the bedroom, umbrella, beach umbrella, bags for grocery shopping, cleaning supplies, towels, toiletries, 3 coffee machines, kitchen items including bread knife and cutting board. 2 extra folding chairs. Good size fridge, convection cooktop so you have to put the metal disc on top for using the little espresso machine. We did not use the upper loft bedroom area. We did not have a car. Stayed a week and enjoyed our stay.

Sleeping in the small streets of Monopoly is really romantic. Extremely clean, new, comfortable. The host Sabrina is a nice lady, made it comfortable as possible for us, gave recommendations about food etc. Easy to reach by foot from the train station.

The view from the balcony is unique- you can see the old port and fishermen returning from the sea. Just lovely.

Suite Regina Paola was an extremely comfortable accommodation. Perfect location and so many nice extras in the suite, everything you could need. The views from the roof were beautiful, and the host was always available with a quick response via WhatsApp.

We loved the decoration of the suite, the little attention to details such as the face masks available in the bathroom, the extras such as the sparkling wine and spritz mixer waiting for us in the room, the private pool with the patio which were fantastic! But most importantly what made this place exceptional was Vittoria, the owner: an amazing host who was kind, super helpful and went out of her way to make our stay incredible!
It is the most beautiful holiday house you can stay in with a family. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a cosy bedroom and livingroom with air conditioning. Big and beautiful garden with a swimming pool.
A real gem of a find. Lovely double room with en suite, for both me and my son. Good air con. Slippers and dressing gown. Very clean. Huge breakfast from Nonna, (lovely omelette) and very hospitable and personable Nicole. Just the right combination of being available but respecting privacy. In a beautiful part of Puglia, with sea views. Could help ourselves to fruit, coffee, toast, yoghurts. All very thoughtful and so peaceful. Will be back.
Great acommodation in a quiet area with great views of the countryside. Just a 15 minutes drive to Poligniano a Mare, perfect choice for avoiding the crowds. The room was very clean and the host was welcoming and easily reachable. We loved spending some time on the huge terrace, admiring the olives garden and the tropical palm trees. Would love to be back some day.
Enzo was extremely attentive and helpful. The room was very clean and the fittings and furniture were of a very high standard. The location is set back a few minutes walk from a small beach on a side street. It is located in an apartment block. Water and a few extras were provided in the room which was a nice touch.
it was our most beautiful holiday home of the holiday. the hostess and all the staff are incredibly friendly. in the morning we got a delicious fresh breakfast. we enjoyed local dishes twice. it was delicious. the house has a large swimming pool with sun loungers and it is wonderful to stay it is a beautiful villa with beautiful luxury rooms. it was really great we can't think of anything negative. wonderful place with wonderfull people. we will definitely come back again
Everything was perfect. The hosts were very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our staying here and also the breakfast that was different every day with traditional apulian food. We highly recommend this property.
