Beautiful place, room is very nice and it has all you need. We enjoyed a small dinning table in front of the apartment, it felt like a private restaurant with a romantic view. The communication with the host went smoothly we spoke Italian-Spanish but can be difficult for those only speaking English. But host was very lovely and you find a way! I would come back in summer to dip into swimming pool or jakuzzi. In November was not possible of course.

We recently stayed at this stunning villa and it was everything we could have hoped for. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, yet incredibly quiet and private, making it feel like a hidden oasis. The villa itself is spacious and beautifully designed, with large, airy rooms. The garden is a true highlight, offering a peaceful escape with lush greenery and plenty of space to relax.
The pool was another standout feature—large, clean, and simply gorgeous.
What truly made the stay special was our host, Gerardo. From his warm welcome to his helpful tips about the local area, Gerardo's hospitality was exceptional. He was always smiling and by sharing with us his knowledge about the area he improved massively our stay. We will always remember his answer when we asked if the Prosecco wine that we chose is a good brand: “Prosecco e tutto buono” ❤️

Absolutely beautiful house with 8 double bedrooms and en suites, plus a couple of camping beds for a few extra people. Beautifully furnished. The kitchen is exceedingly well stocked and there is another outside kitchen and seating area which fitted 26 people around the tables when we had a celebration dinner. The pool is an excellent size for swimming and there is table tennis too. Our host Grazia was welcoming and very helpful.
The house is well-situated to visit local beaches and places such as Otranto and Gallipoli. Recommend!!
