Everything was perfect:
- Location: the house is huge, sufficient for 2 or even 3 families (2 separate living rooms, 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms). It is located uphill, has a beautiful view over Guardea town and valley and thanks to elevated location, you can feel a pleasant breeze even during hottest days. You can see from there Montefiascone and beyond, which is over 30km away. There are no neighbors, so it's totally peaceful and quiet, yet the town is just 2 minutes away by car. You can also reach Orvieto within 35 minutes or other beautiful small towns like Amelia in even shorter time. Guardea itself has a couple of bars, a good pizzeria and a decent supermarket.
- Surroundings: garden is very big and well taken care of, with plenty of olive trees and other nice plants.
- Standard: in reality the house looks better than on the pictures, it is very well equipped and maintained.
- Host: Flaviano is a very friendly and helpful host, always available if there is a need.
- Swimming pool: big, deep and well maintained, with extraordinary view and illumination, so you can use it even at night. There is even an external jacuzzi!
- Barbecue: there is a barbecue place, or actually an external kitchen, with a table for 10 people, so you can prepare food and dine outside.
Overall, we loved L'Asparagina and would definitely come back!

Location was excellent. Our hosts were very communicative and the apartment was clean and well presented and being only a few steps up from the entry meant that moving liliggage in and out was easy. A great place for our stay in Narni.

The location, couldn't be better, and the house is beautiful. Very good taste in all the renovation. But, has a few downsides. No a/c... just a very noisy portable a/c, that didn't freshen. And constant noise from a ventilation machine. Such a pity, because the house is so beautiful.

Absolutely lovely couple as a host. Private pool and very good variation of cutlery made easy to make own food and enjoy the stay and eating at roof terrace. Place is very old and cosy, with air conditioner the temparature can be set to wished condition.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
In a superb location with well kept articulated grounds. Our room was spacious, intimate and very clean. A lovely view from the breakfast table and dinner table. highly recommended if you are in that area.
