Everything ! It was a very nice experience, away from the tourist crowds but still close to everything, Pisa, sea, Volterra, Lucca....

Calm and relaxing environment with a big garden. Federico and Arianna were friendly and great hosts, we got many useful tips (from beaches to local events). We were there for a longer stay for the family (also a business trip), the house was perfect for us.

We did not wait for the breakfast, so I can't tell anything about it. Nevertheless, the owners gave us a bottle of wine and some cookies. The place is nice, in a village away from the city, there is a good pizza place close by with the car. Quiet if you don't mind village sounds.

I thought it was charming and my room was lovely and spacious as were those of the friends staying there too. Very clean, comfortable and it was nice to be in the historic centre but with parking directly below the hotel.
The house was very clean, after a renovation. The shower and bed sheets very perfect.
The host was very friendly though spoke only Italian.
