The location is central, close to the main area of Aosta, to the bus station and to the Pila gondola station. It felt secure with an easily accessible gate and brief flight of steps up to our room that we could easily handle with the luggage. Luisella is an experienced and welcoming host who met us personally, treated us well and thoughtfully without being intrusive. Our room was large and included a large bathroom with a divider between sink alone and the shower + toilet, and a proper kitchen that even included a dishwasher. The place was beautifully warmed up for us, very very clean, looked great and smelt great. Linen and towels were fresh, the beds comfortable. TV worked perfectly with a large variety of channels.

A great property, virtually new in terms of build and furnishings. Cleanliness surpassed expectations and great hosts who live next door. The property is well suited to car enthusiasts that require a secure garage space for their cars or motorbikes. The garage can easily host 6 cars (maybe more) and has an electrically operated shutter door. We had 2 x Porsche 911's and although the approach road is quite steep and narrow we didn't encounter any issues. For slightly more exotic/extreme cars you may want to check the ground clearance and width. The town of Aosta is nearby with Courmayeur around 30 minutes drive.

Stunning location with a nice little terrace providing a view of the mountains. Lots of birdlife to be seen/heard from the great vantage point. The place is furnished in a very typical style for an Italian 70s/80s home, which I think adds to the experience, especially if you usually stay in hotels and haven't seen this style of home before. The oven looks old yet it functions very well - one of the best ovens I've used, including my own at home! Bed was very comfortable for my taste.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Beautiful (remote) location next to ski lift. The views from the apartment are stunning. The owners are very kind and helpful. The apartment is very clean. The owner sent me a precise location in a whatsapp video together with instructions of the apartment when I called to report for checking in. This was very helpful.
Please note the roads are steep and you need a car for transport to get anywhere unless you are a very good athlete ;)
