Good location - beach within walking distance. Dish washer is very useful, especially that number of plates and mugs isn't large. Nice terrace with big table. Separate WC is useful. Parking place (not garage) close to the exit from staircase and visible from the apartment. Two terraces - one by the living room and another by bedrooms.

We love everything about this hotel, when in Giulianova we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Location is fantastic, the hotel is new and very clean and the staff is great.
The hotel staff were very welcoming, and helpful. The room was very clean, and quite spacious. The bathroom was a good size, also very clean with good water pressure. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and cocktail bars. Although we stayed just one night, we would have been very comfortable if we were staying longer.
Check-in, arrival and communication was very easy, clear and perfectly organized via text messages. The houseboat seems to be new, well equipped and very clean. The available space was larger than expected. There was also a list of recommended restaurants and places which was a great help.
A wonderful apartment hotel. Beautiful sea view. Nice beach. Sun beds and an umbrella are provided, which are assigned to you for the entire rest period. Excellent restaurant at the hotel. Responsive staff. Very clean, spacious. Comfortable kitchen. I want to come back again!

Excellent facilities & very clean. Fantastic breakfast selection with something for all nationalities. Great proximity to the beach and a lovely beach bar. Really nice pool with a shallow area for younger children and nice sun beds. We travelled as a family of eight and Luigi accommodated us in rooms that were next to each other. This was our second year here and having looked at other properties in the area, think that it’s undoubtedly one of the best around.
Difficult to be very quiet when near the station and road...but this is our 2nd stay and we'll be back as very convenient for us. Very clean and pleasant.
