It was what I needed at the time I needed it. The hosts were very accommodating, VERY! It was comfortable, spacious, clean, and quiet. It's out in the country, but not really that far from the center, so for those seeking quite this place is it.

Francesca was beyond fabulous! You feel loved from her as soon as you meet her and we got great hugs. She was extremely gracious, the house was BEAUTIFUL, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable and I got 2 pillows for the first time since our trip!! There were snacks and drinks in the kitchen and Francesca‘a recommendation for restaurants were excellent. Private parking inside a gated area was appreciated. We absolutely loved this house and wished we could have stayed longer. 🥰

A bit rustic and basic but that said a great location and with parking great value if you want to be in the centre of Pescara a short walk from the sea

Great size, very clean & Comfortable beds. A huge smart tv in lounge/diner, & a smaller smart tv in master bedroom. Communication with Fabi was fabulous, as were the instructions on location & check in. Thank you.
The hotel is wonderful, in front of the sea, very elegant and very clean. The staff is lovely, very kind and helped us with any request. The breakfast had great and fresh food. The restaurant food was great! We have been in several hotels in the area and this hotel was the best. We will definitively return. Thank you very much to the staff!
This hotel is very nice, close to the beach and far enough from the main squares (10 mins walk). The room was very clean and big, the bathroom had a new shower with different jets and the sit. The staff was very kind and professional

Plenty of towels. Air con in bedroom and living space. Very clean. Pool was clean, enough loungers, very quiet and lovely views.

Ideally need a car, as town, beach etc are not walking distance (roads have no paths) but lovely restaurant just a couple minutes walk
