A beautiful property. We were 2 couples and we stayed for 7 nights. The home has every comfort you need. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms lovely, great showers and the kitchen had everything you needed plus more to cook and prepare meals. Large spacious living.
Air conditioning worked really. Beautiful pool, a short walk down the steps which added to the character of the property.
We enjoyed a wonderful few hours at the Calidario Spa, totally recommend. Had a very delicious dinner out at Elena’s in the town. Food was amazing. Enjoyed walking the tracks (avoiding the main road) into the town and also up to the beautiful village of Campiglia Marittima.

Surroundings, view and house are beautiful. Sara and Baloo very welcoming. It is a great place to stay, if would have an ac or fans would be amazing. Sara prepared few brochures with basic information about what to visit, restaurant recommendations, etc.- it was nice and very useful.

We used the hotel for a quick overnight stay for one night. The breakfast was very good with a big selection of sweet and salty options. The rooms were very clean. There was a new AC system in the room but we didn’t use it. There was a fridge in the room that we could use with a few complementary drink.
Lucia is an amazing host. The apartment met all our expectations. Newly renovated, cvery comfortable, very clean and great location.
I would recommend it not only for a weekend stay but even for longer periods.
The area and closeness to beach was great. The facilities were very clean. This is cleanly aimed at people who walk and cycle both were available on site.
Cristiana and Martina made us feel so welcome, and were so helpful during our stay! The suite was perfect- lots of space, very clean and modern, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
The host, Umberto was very welcoming. The property looks very impressive and is located in very peaceful beautiful well kept grounds. There was a swimming pool which was very clean and well maintained.
