If you have a car, you might not be able to park just outside (this would be the case in most of Le Marche towns), but there are a few parking spaces at close distance.
Great location if you are visiting Fermo and you have a car. Very nice and quiet area with views of the east coast. Alessandro is an amazing host, living on the premises. He was preparing fresh breakfast for us every morning, even adapting to our schedule. Ari, a super playful German Shepherd was a big bonus! Beautiful house with 4 large ensuite rooms and a shared kitchen, balconies, and a large garden. The room was very clean and well-equipped. Parking was provided for free.
A beautiful and comfortable place to relax while you are on holidays, close to the sea and many towns you can explore. Pablo was a very kind, open, and caring to ensure we enjoyed our stay at his property. Pablo’s recommendations of where to eat and explore were wonderful. Generous sized rooms, very clean. Thoughtful details in each room and we loved that there were cats and dogs around to pat.
The hospitality of everyone was excellent, the rooms and areas very clean and very well refurbished. They incorporated local products in the rooms, which we found to be an excellent touch. They were also very welcoming to our dog, who was very happy there.
