The apartment is quite centrally located, which can be its asset (we did enjoy it!) but has some downside - you hear passers-by being loud. Consider that if you have sleeping issues. Other than that, it's perfectly clean, really well-equipped and that, together with a bottle of wine awaiting you in the fridge and a very kind, helpful owner, makes the place absolutely reccomendable.

The apartment was clean with good air conditioning, a nice little terrace and situated in a quiet neighborhood. It also has a good washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron and a lot of cupboards to put your things in. The bed linen and the towels were clean. We were happy to have a big dog park only 50 m from the apartment where we took our dog to play every morning. It's also close to the beach and within walking distance to the centre of Desenzano.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with lovely views over the lake, it met our requirements. As it was November the pool was not in use. In the summer months I expect it to be even better. However we were blessed with some lovely Autumnal days and hired electric bikes to get around . We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

This is our first trip to Italy and Alice's apartments were the first where we stayed. And we are delighted, first of all, because we were lucky with the place where we stayed.
The apartments are spacious, bright and very clean.
There are all the dishes and kitchen utensils that everyone usually needs at home. We were pleased with the roaster, kettle, microwave and coffee maker with delicious coffee. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher and everything for their use. Every detail is thought out. Furniture and equipment are in excellent condition.
Although the apartments are located in a favorite place for tourists, there is no noise either inside or on one of the two terraces. Within walking distance of the park and spa, restaurants. View of the park and Lake Garda.
Parking is free, directly under the house. We were warmly welcomed with two animals. Upon arrival, a gift of a bottle of wine, mineral water and excellent quality handmade soap awaited us.
The hostess is always in touch and takes care of the guests.
I recommend staying at Alice's apartments for those who are going to Lake Garda.

The location of the lodging was very satisfied and very reachable to the bus station and for the traggeto and lots of good restaurants.

We loved this apartment. It had everything you could need. It was very clean and the location was good. The soundproofing was very good too. The view is fantastic! The fresh coffee was a bonus and we enjoyed on the balcony every morning. Luca was very responsive and helpful.

The location is amazing and makes the hotel extremely worth its price. The room was comfortable and very clean. Similarly, the breakfast was to a good standard as well, going above what I’ve experienced in other Italian hotels. Finally, the staff were very friendly behind the desk and at breakfast.
