We loved every minute of our stay especially the hosts personalized, warm welcome. We also enjoyed learning about the history of the town of Paola, as the birthplace of San Francisco di Paola. The location was super nice, walking distance to the lake and all the activities, We didnt know it would get cold during the night but luckily we had a heater in each room. We could park the car near the residence

Cosenza is a very nice historical town and this house was perfectly in line with the soul of the town. Looking from the bedroom window, you can see the historical places, get the smell of the river and feel like a local.
The house was sparkling clean and anything needed was right there.
I didn’t see the host but with our brief interaction on the phone, he was very accommodating and friendly.

Excellent!!! Wonderful apartment - bedroom and living room with a small kitchen. Everything is very clean and tidy. We arrived late, but there were no problems with checking in. We parked right next to the house in the free parking lot. There is an elevator in the house. Excellent Internet. Excellent light breakfast. Many thanks to the owners for everything!!

There is a very clean and equipped kitchen, there is tea, coffee, water, juice, a refrigerator, coffee maker.
It is very clean, with an excellent lady there, who despite not speaking English (nor me Italian) absolutely did her best and tried to help me at every point.
Palace eight was exceptional. Very clean and our host Mario was very good and what ever we asked or needed he was there to help. Breakfast was very good also. Palace eight is in a great location, restaurants and shopping
right at your doorstep. I would recommend 100 percent
The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everthing you would need. There was a lovely, large terrace to relax on. It was within walking distance to the old town, and lots of shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive and it was easy to get the keys.
Wonderful room with a large bed, good location, nearby there are cafes and shops. Very clean and comfortable. When checking in and checking out, I didn’t meet a single person - this is ideal for an introvert. All liked it.
The service is excellent, the owner is always super helpful and friendly, it is the second time we have stayed and if I have to go to Cosenza again I would definitely stay there.
The rooms are very clean.
