Fair location. Host was very quick to respond to any queries and was very pleasant to deal with and very generous with his time to provide a ride to the hospital when it was needed. All necessities were included in the kitchen. Apartment was very clean. Check in instructions were clear and concise.

Our host was the BEST! Even provided transportation to the cruise ship terminal. I cant speak highly enough for the special touches that were provided in the apartment. If we ever come back this way, we will be staying here again!

Very clean and modern and comfortable.
The owner keeps in touch with you before arrival. He wanted to be sure of our comfort for our evening arrival from the train station. We walked even though he recommended a cab. He sent a great video to help you find your way into his alley-like entrance.
We really needed the washing machine and they provided soap and a great drying rack. Their little courtyard and a wind was all we needed.

Great and spacious place. There were eight of us and it did not feel cramped. Each room has an en suite bathroom. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and to the Largo Della Pace station with free transfers to the cruise terminal. Gianfranco is an excellent host. He assisted us with transportation arrangements from FCO airport to Civitavecchia and to the terminal on embarkation day (we had kids and limited mobility travelers — otherwise could have walked 5 minutes down the block with luggage to the free coaches). If ever departing Civitavecchia, we would stay nowhere else!

Our car was broken, so we booked closest guesthouse 40 m². All was perfect. In reality: “Appartamento con giardino” + “Guest house garden Civitavecchia” = same place (40 m² both in total). All good - we did not need much, even half (20 m²) was perfect! We were even ready to pay more as came with two children without booking.

The staff were fantastic. Very helpful and so friendly. We had a lovely welcome drink Aperol Spritz from the gentleman who checked us in. The next day we met Anna who was also very lovely and accommodating. We had breakfast which was only 5 euros. Plenty to choose from for a continental breakfast.

Room very clean
Marili was super helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and all the information about the neighborhood. She also arranged to pick us up after the cruise to bring us to the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean and charming with many little touches. Location wise it was right next to both the beach and a lot of restaurants so it was very convenient. Marili also arranged a transfer to the airport after our stay was over so everything was taken care of so that we could relax and enjoy our stay.
Corrado and his wife were very responsive to all our inquiries and made sure to meet us upon our arrival to provide the keys. The facilities provided (laundry, full kitchen) were very useful for us to get ready for a cruise the next day. The unit is very clean and spacious and only about a minute walk to the free cruise shuttle.
The check-in was so easy, following the instructions that were sent. The building is rundown, but the rooms are fantastic and very modern! The rooms are all newly updated and very clean and comfortable. We also received a recommendation for a restaurant for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was also fantastic. We will definitely stay there if we are in Civitavecchia again.
