Really lovely little house, very clean and tidy, and pleasantly surprised to find bottle of wine and still + sparkling water in fridge. Also really easy to get to from waterbus stop.
Close to Grand Canal few minutes walk away, Cafes seconds away from front door.
Hosts were really kind and helpful, didn't have the pleasure of meeting them as our flight was late, but they were quick to answer any questions we had via text.
Really recommend staying here!

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, modern. I loved the design, the lighting.
The hotel staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was amazing! Variety of fruit, the usual warm and cold, including prawns, pancakes and the most delicious cakes.
To get to the hotel across Venice, we bought 48 hour ticket for the water bus and ended up using it a lot. The night ride around the city was one of the most magical memories.
We loved having a cinema in our bedroom.
Shower was modern and of high standard.

I stayed at this villa, and I can say that it was an amazing experience. The villa was absolutely superb, and the interior was worthy of the highest praise. The kitchen was excellently equipped, and the entire villa had been renovated with top-notch quality. The modern plumbing worked flawlessly.
The garden surrounding the villa was well-maintained and beautiful, making it a perfect place to relax outdoors. The host was very responsive and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Great little apartment in the centre of Chioggia. Lucca made our stay comfortable and gave us great advice for trips. There are great restaurants and cafés just outside.
