Teresa is a most wonderful person; exceptionally kind and caring, she desperately and genuinely wants to serve her guests. We came to her place because our train had been canceled and we needed to quickly find a place to stay until we made other arrangements. She suggested we check in early so we had a place to be out of the rain. Pizzas and focaccia greeted us when we arrived. The house was well stocked with all sorts of food, drinks, and treats. She provided everything we needed, even slippers and robes, and games, markers and paper for the kids. The day we left, it was still raining and she insisted on driving our family of seven to the train station - making two trips - and even gave us two umbrellas for our journey, and then sent us on our way with fresh pastries for everyone! I can't say enough good things about her.
The location, while not as convenient to getting around Chiavari as staying in town, is still good, with a large grocery store and bus stops immediately nearby.
While there, a toilet tank stopped filling; a text brought someone to check and repair it within 15 minutes. Excellent service.
There was plenty of room for our large family; we even had two extra rooms we used only for game/activity/play spaces. Our younger kids enjoyed the little bathroom made just for them.
The place is quirky and fun-loving, with a character all its own. You may even momentarily think you are in Vegas. If you are light-hearted and enjoy good people, this a great place.

The house is recently renowated with the best quality materials with the designer eyes of the Architect owners. It is located 2-3 km off the center on a less densely populated hillside surrounded by olive trees and natural vegetation. The owners came to show everything and gave over the key by themselves. For us it is very positive when someone is interested in the tenants, as I am always happy to meet the owner, whose house I'am living in. We were given excellent tips where to eat, what we should visit etc. In tourist frequented locations it is a great adwantage to find the real local gastronomy where you get real value for your money. We stayed in the house with three kids, but two couples could also have their privacy as well as common places.

Very clean accommodation, equipped with air conditioning, on one of the not very high mountains, with a beautiful view. Having coffee and relaxing on the 1st terrace was also great. It's also great to have dinner in the evening on the common terrace, in the company of the olive trees!

Perfect location (you cross the street and you’re on the beach), super nice host and cleaner, lovingly decorated, powerful aircon. Chiavari is a very interesting town - make sure to visit the historic part, too. You can borrow sunbeds and umbrellas, a very nice touch! Very clean, lots of little nice touches.
There is everything you need available in the property, free parking places in front of the facility, only 5 minutes walking to the city center of Chiavari and 20 minutes walking to the beach. The property is very clean, there is comfortable bad and the place is quiet so you can have a relaxing sleep.
This property is amazing. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Serena was very reachable and didn't hesitate to get us all the information we needed, she's the best! The appartment was very clean and spaceous.
