Antonio met us at the train station and drove us and all our luggage to the house, and drove us back at the end of our stay. He went over everything for the house and gave us keys. He pointed out how to get to nearby places like the beach and grocery store. He was wonderful and funny and very responsive when we contacted him through WhatsApp. The location is beautiful up in the hills and we felt like residents instead of tourists. It was an easy walk to the train station, beach, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The house is large and roomy and the beds comfortable. It was nice to have an outdoor space to sit and eat. Staying in Levanto was much more relaxing and calm than staying in Cinque Terre and it only took 5-10 minutes to get to the villages by train. We will definitely stay in Levanto if we visit CT again!

We loved the location- we actually went to hike cinque terre, with the hoards of people. When we returned to the villa, found a beautiful hiking trail just outside our door. This was an amazing hike without the crowds.
The beach is a 5 minute drive.
The owners left us wine, cheese and salami, which we enjoyed!

It’s a beautiful architectural creation in a beautiful location. The photos on the website describe the house pretty well, but it was even better in person. The views from any room are amazing. Everything in Monterosso is very close- once you navigate steep steps down from the hill. We are in a good physical shape, but I can imagine that for older people the steps can be a challenge. However, due to the location high above the town it was even more interesting. There were four of us, but the house can host many more. It was nice to find the fridge stocked with some breakfast food, and our assistant Bianca who met us at the parking garage was very nice.
La Finestra sul Mare a Drignana (5Terre, Vernazza) is located in Vernazza, just 16 miles from Amedeo Lia Museum and 14 miles from Stazione La Spezia Centrale.

It was much better than we expected.
The house was very clean and had all small essential things you might need during your stay.
The host is amazing person, very friendly and very communicable.
The AC in each room added desired room temperature during our stay in abnormal hit, and made our stay just perfect.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
The location of the hotel was fantastic. Basically at the beach. Bonassola is much more cozy than other cities in Cinque Terre. The Staff were all very friendly and kind, though not all speak English. The room was very clean, spacious and had a balcony on the sea side.
The view from the hotel is great and the terrace is excellent. The location is perfect for a visit to Cinque Terre. It is the ideal place to enjoy calmness and peacefulness. The hotel's common areas have lots of beautiful details that add to the character of this hotel. The rooms are quite big and very clean and even though their "age" shows, it feels like they blend well with the entire hotel. Parking is provided for free. The breakfast is a full buffet with lots of choices.
A smallish but comfortable little house high in the mountains with a wonderful view of the see far below. Very clean and well appointed. Good shower, well appointed kitchen, wonderful terrace to have a meal, reasonable parking. There is no aircon, but the house is high in the mountains so it is fresher at night than expected. Cinzia was a very welcoming, generous and kind host!
I would say this is an ideal house for a family of 4 (parents and 2 kids), as the bunk beds in the smaller room call for the agility of youth :)
The good:
- The apartment is nice, generally well-furnished and contains nearly everything you could reasonably need.
- The apartment was very clean
- The view from the living room and balcony are breathtaking
Very nice and tasty breakfast with a nice sea view on the roof top. Very close to both the free and paid beach. Very friendly and attentive staff. Quiet and safe area, not overcrowded with tourists, mostly locals. The whole hotel is newly renovated and very clean.
