Perfect location, great hosts, new and very clean room. The owners were available and helpful all time. We had a bit smaller room but great balcony. I was a little worried that the location near the street would be too noisy, but it turned out that the room was really quiet, which allowed for a good night's sleep.
We used this accommodation as it was our half way place up to Rome. The family who own it are lovely and friendly and go out of their ways to make you feel at home. Dinner was delicious as was breakfast. The pool area is delightful and everything is very clean. The children enjoyed the peacocks and pet dogs. Would have liked another day here :)
Excellent, friendly hosts with amazing hospitality. Room was very clean and tidy. They offered copious breakfast for two of us. We asked for a dinner and they made a delicious pasta of ingredients from their own farm for a very decent price. The garden, pool and surroundings of the house is also very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend for anyone who looks for a calm stay with a mind blowing panorama.
Rooms were large and spacious. Very clean and the owners that run the facility were amazing. Only 1 little thing is the noise from the street. It wasn’t too bad however in season I’m not sure how busy it would be
