I can’t say enough about this amazing and beautiful Villa! The views are just breathtaking! The Villa itself is spacious, clean, open and airy. The outdoor space is perfect! There are restaurants within walking distance. Gloria was so pleasant, attentive and informative. She was so helpful with any questions we had.

Our hosts, Mohammed and his wife, Dina are AWESOME!!! We were traveling with 2 small dogs and had A LOT of luggage. We got off at the wrong train station (a 15 minute drive from the house) and Mohammed picked us up!! Then, to top it off, by the time we arrived and got settled the only grocery store in town was closed. Mohammed picked up food and wine and he and his wife dropped it off for us so we could have dinner!! I mean, talk about service!! Location was beautiful and quiet, however you need some mode of transportation to get up the hill. Going down is fine (although steep) but it was so HOT during the last week in August, so walking back up was not an option (especially with the dogs). We rented E-Bikes at the grocery store which was perfect. Awesome view from bedroom window, and the patio was really nice, complete with a tomato plant and flowers. The bed was comfortable (more on the firm side - like a tempurpedicish). We loved Lierna, and I'm so glad I decided not to rent in Bellagio or Varenna which are the "hot spots". We rented a boat at the suggestion of Mohammed (the apartment is stocked with pamphlets for things to do). We went out on Lake Como for 3 hours, after getting sandwiches and fruit at Il Buono (specialty food store in town across from the market). It was perfection!

We loved the place! It was very clean, nicely decorated, and super cozy. Francesca thought about everything: all kitchen appliances and even detailed usage instructions were provided. We loved the atmosphere, the peacefulness of the area, and the mountain view. The area was not filled with tourists and felt very authentic. Safe underground parking was a nice addition too.
We loved this stay so much! Laura the host was really nice and helpful, gave a lot of recommendations what to see in lake Como and how to get there, her homemade breakfast was delicious, property was very clean and modern, it was taken care of everything.
Francesca is a wonderful host and the apartment is superb! It is very spacious, nicely decorated, and was very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped and, in general, everything you need is available in the flat. We felt very welcome and can only recommend staying here.
Really beautiful and modern house, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the train station. The host, Laura, makes you feel like a close friend; she’s always so friendly and ready to help you! The house is in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, and with an incredible view of the lake and the mountains. Each morning, you get to choose what you want for breakfast, with delicious food and desserts made by Laura! Truly a beautiful experience. 😊
We rented the house in April 2024 for 4 nights. The house was very nice and very clean. The hosts very super friendly and happy to help. One could admire the beautiful view from the balcony to the mountains and to the lake. We liked the location as it was only in 5-7 minutes walk to the lake and many small restaurants, where one could enjoy Italian pizza, pasta and dessert.
We had an amazing stay at this property, Marco was a very welcoming and accommodating host. The breakfast and Prosecco were a bonus on top of the property itself. Very clean property and comfortable bed. It had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend and would definitely return :)
The guests are extraordinary , the place has a lot of heritage , we came on a motorcycle and there was a parking space right in front of the gate, very clean and the breakfast was delicious.
