This accommodation was great! The reception staff was so lovely and friendly and really tried to help as much as she could with the check in process. The cottages were so cute! Outdated, and probably could do with a little refurbishing but adequate. The kitchen is well equipped and even has an oven. For a couple this cottage would be perfect! It was so close to the beach you could hear the waves crashing on the shore and only 20 minutes from Vik with the car. You can park right next to the cottage and the cottages were spaced far enough apart that it felt private. Also, the dogs on the property are just precious! They came every morning to the door/window to great us, it was honestly the best thing about the stay!

Beautiful views from the pods. The pods are very simple with just a bed, table and two chairs. In the main area: enough toilets and showers, big kitchen with equipement and it was warm and clean. Great place to experience a more basic and grounded feeling of Iceland.

Cute cottage with all the supplies we need to cook dinner. The microwave was also very useful.
Overall, nice layout and the room was very comfortable for 3 people. The dining area was also nice for us to hang out.

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
This hut was one of the best we had so far. It was really comfortable for 4 persons, we wished we could stay longer, we saw aurora lights from the hut because the windows are so big. We loved it here an really recommend staying here . Very clean and good kitchen for cooking
