A beautiful, luxury property in a perfect location, both private and peaceful but not remote. Equipped with everything we needed, including coffee for the machine, shampoo and shower gel and a good hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable, and all furnishings were high end but homely. Netflix was appreciated by some of our group. Stunning views from the hot tub, across the braided river to the mountains beyond made this a truly special place.

A very nice house, it was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and plenty of seating - 2 sofas and an armchair. I also enjoyed the fact that there were plenty of glasses and plates. The owners were flexible and responsive. I also enjoyed the spacious dining area, which also functioned as a work area for me. It was a wonderfully quiet place with a good view as well. Location is great also.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. Very clean place, comfortable room and bed. Breakfast is very good and Icelandic, lots of selections. Plus owner is super friendly and helpful. I love the place.
Comfortable room (& bed), very clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed in the room with a private bathroom, which was a great place to stay a few nights and a great location to take trips from. Breakfast items are left in the fridge, so you are not bound by breakfast times - not a huge selection but everything you need.
