Maybe the best private house we stayed in Iceland! Wooden, warm and cosy with a hot tub outside! Very clean and comfortable! We stayed (one couple) for one night only and we wished that we stayed more! Extra bonus: the Northern Lights appeared while we were taking our bath in the hot tub outside!!

The location is so quiet and beautiful. It's a lovely place to stop when travelling through the West Fjords. The restaurant is great - the staff are wonderful and the fish is spectacular. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy and cosy.

Just perfect. Imagine having a long and exciting day in iceland and a warm hot tub+cold beer is waiting for you. The hut is very clean and contains everything that you need. Stay at least 2 nights, better 3 or 4, you wont regret it. There is much to explore. Our WiFi didnt work, at one moring and the owner fixed it right away, thumps up for that.
