Wonderfully secluded cottage in the middle of the countryside. Well situated for trips to Snaefellsnes. Very friendly and nice hosts living on with their farm next door. Possibility to book a guided horse ride with one of their icelandic horses, which was a magical experience!
The cottage was well equipped, clean and absolutely cozy. We really enjoyed our stay here and can fully recommend!

There is everything you need in the house, from towels to laundry and cleaning materials. The house is clean and polished. First of all, I can't praise Bjarni enough: communication was smooth and he send clear instructions before our arrival, making sure we knew everything we needed.
Secondly, the location is just stunning. You're isolated and completely surrounded by nature, a lovely and romantic escape from the city. Loved it.
Last but not least, the actual accommodation. It was simply delightful. Equipped with everything you need, comfortable, beautiful view on the balcony over the area so when you're in the hot tub, you can get lost in the beauty of the landscape and the outside shower was absolutely incredible!
Overall, a great stay. Made my birthday celebration more speciale.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The inside is very clean and tidy. It was spotless! It seemed new and well taken care of. It felt well loved! It also had personality with unique paint colors and design in the bathroom and bedroom— very pretty. The beds were very comfortable. The view was great! It was exactly as pictured and the location was convenient for our travels. It was priced appropriately. We enjoyed our stay here.
We were given an upgrade to a cabin which was exceptional - to be by the sea alongside mountains was simply extraordinary. Very cosy feel. And definitely don't be put off by the fact this is a "1 Star" hotel. It's far from it. The room was very clean, the hot showers worked perfectly and we had everything we needed.
The accommodation is perfectly located, very clean. The view is beautiful. Late arrivals are also very well organized. Very good communication with the host! Very good value for money. Everything went perfectly.

Very clean and comfortable stay with an awesome breakfast. The staff here is amazing. We were stuck after a snow storm and they alerted us on the road closures and gave us an additional hour after check out for us to wait it out.
