It was a very nice stay at Sai Home stay. The house was very clean and spacious. Enough for a group of 4. Also the behaviour of the owner was very pleasant. The main attraction was the cleanliness of the house 🏠.
It's a centrally located and spacious accommodation. The sitting area outside is a bonus. We loved having our morning tea there. The place is kept very clean. Our host, Deric was a super host. He went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast arrangement in the adjacent restaurant is very convenient and the food was excellent.
It is by far the best property and value for money in Panaji, Goa.

Staff were extremely helpful, kind and welcoming. The accommodation is very clean and nicely decorated, kitchen area is really useful - even comes with complimentary water and tea! Shared common space as well which is very nice and, again, really nicely decorated. Location was great for us to explore Fontainhas.

Extras like a tray with tea, coffee,biscuits and a PDF that gave local information about surrounding tourist spots- very close to local attractions, so can walk and also a 20min walk from the train station
