Place was spacious. Inside the apartment was clean. The owner tries to help with any requests you have and had arranged things like fruits, bread, eggs etc. for us beforehand. This place has full fledged kitchen with fridge, stove, ample utensils. The owner also had a boat trip arranged for us which was a great experience. Both the rooms have AC, which we didn't use much but would be very useful in summer.

The property being pet friendly was very well maintained and had serene, beautiful access to a private beach. The host and care taker were very helpful and supportive towards every ask. Local food is a must to have once you are there. My dog really enjoyed running around the beach and within the property freely. We will definitely be back soon.

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are very clean and beach facing. You have a small coconut farm that leads to beach that makes it much more special.

The property is so well maintained. It comes with a full-fledged kitchenette with all cooking accessories. The property also has refrigerator, washing machine and water filter. The property we stayed was 2 BHK with 2 rooms with 2 ACs and one of the room had a nice small balcony attached with it to enjoy. The property is very clean. The bathrooms are so clean and well maintained. The property caretakers are so polite, humble and well-behaved. They offer full cleaning services whenever prompted by any guest between 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM.
Very clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff. They have a common bathroom for people who arrive early, it was clean and dry.

The facility is located close to Central railway station and KSRTC bus stand. Some attractions are nearby while the beaches are a bit away. Mangaluru city in itself is very clean, relative to other places in South Karnataka and Tamilnadu. The hotel room as well as the corridors were nice, spacious and clean. The bathroom floor needs abrasive cleaning, for it was a bit slippery. The buffet breakfast was good. The support staff were helpful. Stayed for one night in March 2024.
