We had a great stay at the villas for 3 nights. The staff: Naresh, Numa, Kumari, Pavitra, Tila were very attentive, courteous and polite. They treated us like family and catered to every request we had. Pools were always clean and they would clean it again upon our request. They made great homely food and took great care of us. Our kids had a great time with the adults and the kids at the property alike. We will stay here again and would like to recommend this place to all those visiting South Goa.

Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Very clean and quiet. The shared kitchen had a good range of equipment. The washing machine was easy to work. Johns taxi drivers were very good and friendly.
Room quite spacious and very clean. Good shower. Location good. Very quiet and peaceful at times. Most local people friendly. Supermarkets and restaurants close by. Even a place to get a proper massage. Really liked André family restaurant just up the road.

The accommodation is furnished to a high standard. Everything works and it Is also very clean. Conveniently situated with beach and restaurants close by.
This was a great hotel - big rooms/apartments with plenty of space. The building is maintained very well and is very clean. Lots of games available to play on the ground floor including table tennis, carrom, chess, board games etc. The hotel was very quiet and couldn’t hear anyone from our room. The pool was also very good. All reception staff are very helpful and they have a WhatsApp group to help out with any questions.
It’s around 30 min walk to the beach or 5 minutes in a taxi (wouldn’t recommend walking is it’s too hot!).
