Facility was exceptionally well maintained. Very clean rooms and washrooms. Sitting in the outside area and having breakfast in the open was one of the finest experience. Candle night dinner offered on the last day was equally great. Chef and caretaker were always available for any need. Suraj the caretaker took good care of all of us. Food prepared was very delicious

This hotel is centrally located in Chandigarh with all necessary services (cafes, supermarket, shops, banks) nearby. Besides, it is very clean and employs very friendly staff that helps you a lot. If I visit Chandigarh again, I will definitely stay there.

Good hotel with helpful staff I guess it's the best option if you want to stay near the lake and it's very clean and comfortable. The hotels nearby are bigger but not clean and old
We loved our stay at New Chandigarh Holiday Home! Suraj and his staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Suraj replied to our messages within minutes and organised a driver to pick us up from the station and take us to wherever we wanted to go. He also gave us great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The room was basic but had everything you needed and it was very clean. His staff is very sweet.
