I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Nirvan! The home was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a perfect stay. Harsh, the host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring and was very convenient. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a top-notch experience.

Absolutely wonderful place.
Greeted by both the owner and his caretaker who helped with our bags and guided us to our room. Complete with big smiles :-) . Despite the late hour, arranged some dinner for us (it had been a VERY long trip) which was absolutely delicious and very reasonable cost-wise.
Welcoming, clean and very comfortable indeed. The guest accomodation is great and attached to the owner's home -- a stunning 400+ year old Portuguese style tradtional Goan villa with beautiful gardens and surroundings. Rooms were excellent with fridge, kettle, great shower, nice cold air-con and VERY comfortable beds. The balcony on the room (with table and chairs) was a fantastic bonus to sit with a drink or two and watch the World go by. Lovely!
Great location only a four/five minute tuktuk ride (or a ten minute walk) away from Benaulim town and beach. Exceptional host (Reuben) who could'nt have been more helpful, with advice, guidance and genuine friendliness. Just the loveliest person! Also must be mentioned is the Caretaker (I forget his name - sorry!) who was almost always on hand to deal with any issue.
I would heartily recommend Villa Barbosa to anyone looking to stay in the area. We'll definitely be back!

This place is one of the nicest , best location and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern and had everything we needed to feel at home and was an easy walk to the Varca Beach. Also very close to the supermarket which was handy and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafés. Communication was great too.I would highly recommend this wonderful property.

These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.

Location of A's Holiday is just exceptional. Extremely peaceful and close to the nature. Sea beach at a stone throw distance.
Srrounded by all green plants and a very clean swiming pool just attached to the kitchen makes this place superb and higher rated than any of the five star property.
Breakfast and the chef is like your home member - on time, courteous and gentle with excellent cooking skill.
I am sure I will stay again next very soon for a longer duration.
