Place was quite and calm, since it was off season we got a good space to move around.

The stay is amazing. It is exactly outside Edakkal caves. Perfect location. James is an amazing host. They also provide amazing food as a paid service. The tents are amazingly located, even the dorms are also very clean and spacious.
It is a small paradise with great food and good hosts doing the best they can.
All the personel are kind and super helpful.
The rooms are very clean and well equipped and the pool is brilliant.
The estate is a dream place for nature lovers!
