My friends and I had a lovely weekend at the wonderful Hopesgate Cottage. Chris met us on arrival and had the wood burner running so the cottage was extremely cosy. He gave us a rundown of all the important information for our stay and provided us with local taxi options. The cottage itself is gorgeous! It's been superbly restored with under floor heating and lots of beautiful furnishings, making it feel very homely. It is clean and very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Overall a fabulous little spot!

Giltraps pub a 30 second walk is a hidden gem. Spent the night there. The craic & music was great.
Breakfast was just what we needed delivered to out Log Cabin. It was delicious.
It was very clean and well maintained Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast hamper was delicious.
