Location is lovely and quiet. Owners called to the house to check up on us during the stay and asked how many of us were staying at the house, they drove by again later to look in to make sure we weren't exceeding the number of guests (we weren't). It was a bit invasive. Signs all over the house with excessive rules-hoovering all floors and emptying bins before leaving, charging 6euro for an EXTRA BIN LINER, only 4 guests allowed in the house even though advertised as sleeps 6 (4 bedrooms) and charging for electricity upon departure. Not a very relaxed feel.

Loved the location , just magical, also loved the layout of the cottage.
Everything was supplied, great kitchen utensils, firewood, cleaning products etc etc.
Geraldine and Will were fabulous hosts, so welcoming and called to check that everything was ok.

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Killaloe is a fantastic hotel, it was very clean and comfortable and I had a wonderful nights stay. The food was fantastic. The sandwiches at lunchtime were extremely good value for money. I will definitely stay again!
The B&B is located 500 metres outside the town centre, but is therefore very quiet and spacious. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and the rooms could be darkened perfectly. Our hosts are very friendly and helpful, and they gave us great tips for dinner and live music.
The breakfast was delicious, we could choose between different options. The breakfast room is very tastefully decorated.

Everything. I found this little gem by accident, and im glad i did. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Best nights sleep I've had in a long time.
Ann, the host, baked lovely wheaten bread, I almost ate it all. Everything was that good, I stayed an extra night. I'll certainly be staying here again.
Staff were so nice left me and my girlfriend a welcome and desert plate , chocolates and a bottle of wine for her 21st for free was so nice, the room was huge, very clean, lovely breakfast and bar staff too, the lake up the road was fab
Very Friendly staff, very clean and very well kept property, breakfast was very good had lots of variety on display and friendly staff in the restaurant.
Fabulous weekend away at the lake house hotel. Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Food was really good but service was slow a lot of the staff were young and needed a bit more experience but other than that we will definitely be back. The swimming pool was fantastic the kids had a ball could t get the out of there the slide was the best fun both for kids and adults!!!
