We loved everything about this place! The location, the accommodation, the walks around the property. It was a perfect holiday altogether with my elderly parents travelling from India and my 2.5 year old child. We were looking for a place not too far away from Cork City, a place to relax and also wanted to experience the countryside in Ireland. This place ticked all our boxes and we were delighted with our stay here. The owner, Ailish, was very prompt in answering any queries/attending to any requests right from the day of our booking confirmation.
My child enjoyed the outdoor walks, watching the farm animals, petting the friendly cat which was around the cottage all day. While we couldn't go on many walks around the property due to health restrictions with my parents and my child being a bit too small for long hikes, we did visit a few other places like the Rock of Cashel, Swiss cottage, Cahir castle which are all just 25-30 minutes drive from the property. The walks that I did manage to go on within the property were great. A lot of options for people with varying fitness levels. Rest of the time was spent in the cottage and outside seating area which has spectacular views. Overall, we have taken away great memories from this place.

Idyllic location near Bansha Co Tipperary. The house was homely, warm and beds were very comfortable. Everything and more was there for our stay. Heating on timer when it was needed so very cosy, hot water for showers & fresh towels and a very comfortable living area. Nice gravel courtyard to the rear. A small group of us stayed here as we were attending a wedding in Kilshane House (5 Mins drive). Information booklet in the kitchen had a full directory of local services including taxi's which was very helpful. Surrounding landscape was beautiful and obviously a very equestrian area, which was interesting to see. Ideal location for a group attending a function in Kilshane House or a family looking for a countryside get away.

The house was exactly what we expected and loved the area!
We only got to stay one night but would definitely return in the summer.
The hosts were so helpful, there had been a bad snow storm and we received road condition updates in the days leading up to our trip down to Bruff.
A great location base for day trips in the surrounding area.
Highly recommend

The views and the space and it was very clean.it was near to family.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
It has everything you want and even more. The view exceeds any expectation, you feel how you disconnect from daily worries. The house has everything you need and everything is very clean. It is our dream house. The hosts are very nice, although almost invisible during our stay, but ready to solve any problem that may arise.
Upon arrival we were blown away with the property, it was light, airy and very clean with a lovely view out from the lounge/kitchen. We were also supplied with a small care package that went down very well thank you! Not sure if I looked at the photos properly beforehand but I wasn't expecting it to be so nice, one of the bedrooms also had an en-suite which was also a nice surprise. We met Liz (the owner) a few times during our brief stay and she was very friendly and helpful.
Very clean, very well stocked (we are gluten free so like to cook in at times and kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook). Very comfortable and cosy down to the lovely rugs on couch! Plenty of blankets, towels, toiletries.
Lovely energy in the place. Balcony at the back with table and chairs to sit and watch the fabulous views of the mountains.
