We spent four October nights in this clean, comfortable, warm and well furnished house. Very well equipped with kitchen equipment and bedlinen. The heating, lights, TV and electrics all worked (which is not always the case in airb&b establishments). The landlord was pleasant and efficient. She was helpful about forwarding on two items which we left behind. Attractive food shops nearby. A quiet, pleasant location near the town centre.

I had a lovely stay at Dún Ard. The host, Joe, went out of his way to make sure I always had everything I needed. My room was very clean and comfortable. For breakfast there was a delicious selection of hot meals to choose from as well as complementary continental. The setting was beautiful. Located about a 10 minute drive from the local town, there were places in the house you were able to look out to the bay.
Cleanliness. Pristine cleanliness. The owner obviously takes great care to provide superb housekeeping. The location is exactly as described. The host makes an obvious effort to provide a very clean and very well maintained environment. The host uses expensive delph, cutlery and polished presentation to create an air of exclusivity. In many ways the presentation & property is certainly unique.
The room is very clean, spacious and stylish. The house is only about 300 meters away from Waterford greenway and has a grandiose sea view. We had a very restful stay there.
