Our stay began with a greeting from two very friendly dogs who visited with us throughout our stay. Fresh eggs in the fridge and chickens roaming. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. This ranked #1 out of the four places that we stayed during our trip. We would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely little cottage in a beautiful setting. The owner is extremely friendly,helpful and accomodating. Great breakfast was provided with bacon, eggs etc. And home made bread and jam.Bed is super comfy. There is a sky light above the bed so you can watch the stars at night. Lovely little stream runs past the house. Good selection of tv channels and dvd's to watch. Washing machine and dryer available in a little out building behind the house. Loved staying here. Will definitely be back. Great value for money.

I loved our room! So spacious and beautifully decorated and full of natural light. Gorgeous bathroom too. Hotel is very clean and communal areas are also well kept and beautiful. Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Loved the meal at the Canopy. The large chess and beautiful gardens on the grounds. An osos not far from Cork City.
Very clean, comfortable in a very scenic location were peace & quiet assured. Nice little independent kitchen where you can prepare a little breakfast for yourself. Bread, yoghurt milk etc provided.

My husband and I have done many hotels in Ireland and all were lovely experiences but we both agree that Castlemartyr has been our best to date . The rooms especially was stunning and large very clean, so comfortable. I would highly recommend castlemartyer to anyone, couples & family friendly for a great 5 star treatment. Their staff are also are so proffesinal friendly and cordial and do a excellent job in maintaining the hotel to the level that it has become . We will definitely be back for a longer stay .
