The Villa was excellent, we stayed with friends, two families, one with two adults and 2 children and the other with two adults and three children and we had ample space. The lovely kitchen, sitting room and beautiful outdoor gardens added to the experience. It is very close to Waterford greenway. We will definitely return.

We spent four October nights in this clean, comfortable, warm and well furnished house. Very well equipped with kitchen equipment and bedlinen. The heating, lights, TV and electrics all worked (which is not always the case in airb&b establishments). The landlord was pleasant and efficient. She was helpful about forwarding on two items which we left behind. Attractive food shops nearby. A quiet, pleasant location near the town centre.

The house is stunning , beautiful decor , comfortable . the owner left so many little touches to make the stay even better tea bags , coffee absolutely everything you would need . It’s spotless clean i could not recommend this house enough . great communication with owner we had to amend our stay and he was so accommodating .

These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Showed up, super simple check-in, extremely clean. Beds were the most comfortable beds I've had throughout my trip. Facilities are very clean and well maintained nice little patio area outside and is in a very quiet area so no car noises etc will bother you. All in all just an absolute pleasure.
We liked the ease of booking, with a late booking on the day as we were travelling. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming with cake and tea on arrival. The room was adaquate for our needs and there was a lounge with TV and books, which was good. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was fantastic.
