The view from the villa is amazing. The pool and front of the house overlooks the sea with Mt Agung afar. You get to enjoy the sunset, I am not sure about the sunrise as we didn't wake early enough for it.
The master bedroom bed was massive.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the upper level, and are not connected, so they seem like separate apartments. You can see them from the sea.
There is a helipad, if that's your preferred mode of transport, you have the option.

The location is unbeatable! The room was very clean, massive bathroom and all the facilities you could need with balcony area outside too! The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was included with the room and very tasty. Would definitely return and recommend!
The room is very clean, and the decoration style is also very holiday-style and warm. The decoration looks quite new. One room is a separate wooden house, so the room is very quiet and has a good rest. There is a small terrace outside the room, where you can rest and drink tea and enjoy the scenery in the yard.
Really enjoyed our one night stay here. The family and staff that run the Tinisi were so friendly and helpful we felt very welcomed.
The location was very peaceful, the grounds around the accommodation well maintained. and just a ten minute walk to the beach.
The accommodation for us as a couple was spacious enough, and the rooms very clean and comfortable .
If I could add something it would be a safety deposit box for passports etc. but recognise not everywhere has these.
Hope to visit again and would recommend.
