The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Requested for a birthday decor, and it was fulfilled. The welcome drinks were so refreshing as we arrived on a hot day.
1st night of our stay, there was a blackout for half of Batam and we were sadly affected. The staff kept coming to us and handed out necessities such as mosquito repellant, torchlight and updates on the situation. Aftera while of waiting, We were moved to another place to spend the night and we returned back the following day. The transfer was smooth sailing. The other homestay was great as well.
Back to the vacation home, We had fun dipping in the pool. The bar was a nice place to chill and relax with live music. Singer was 👍👍👍👍 👍, she entertained our song requests.
The Mojito was made with fresh mint leaves grown in their herb garden!
Definitely will recommend others to stay here. There will be a return trip from us.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
As advertised, the two bedroom villa came with private pool. The pool is clean. The staff has initiative as the manager recognised me and remembered the villa I was staying at the next day. He also asked if I had any complaints or needed any improvements. I was glad to observe that they fixed the heater and door problem that night. The breakfast spread was decent, mostly Asian cuisine.
It has old school charm! Very clean, very relaxed, many many activities to keep you engaged and the staff are excellent. 24 hours service is exceptional! The food at all restaurants is superb! Vegetarian options are plenty, except for the Japanese restaurant. The place is clean, safe and totally chill! Very near to the city as well!
Beautiful resort, wonderful people. The room was kept very clean, and the private pool was great. We spent lots of time in the pool, suntanning, relaxing. Mr Erwin and his team had done a fabulous job, keeping the place in excellent condition. Mr Erwin went above and beyond in helping us with our requests. Thank you, Mr Erwin!
The villa is huge and everyone has a private pool! Very big space and everything was done up so well! Staff there were amazing.
Erwin manages the housekeeping team and was very good! They even have turn down service! Actually, all the staff like the reception, the buggy drivers, the waiters and waitresses, the spa people. EVERYONE SERVES YOU WITH A SMILE. There is even a good morning party when you head down for breakfast. I love it.
