The owners go above and beyond to please. They adjusted to my schedule for breakfast, ran out to get me dinner when I arrived late, and gave me a free drop at the pier. Very sweet! The place is a stand-alone bungalow in town, but tucked away from loud streets. Comfy!

The location was great, close to supermarkets, restaurants, beach and market. The room was nice, bed very comfortable and the property is well maintained / clean. The staff is very helpful and you can reach out with anything. The property is cctv guarded + security guard at the entrance so the villas are very safe.
For the breakfast you make your choice one day prior and confirm the time between 7-11 am. Following this, the staff will come and prepare your breakfast in the villa.

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the fountain, the sound of water was peaceful and blocked road noise. Nice breakfast and cute pool.

We had the best time at this Villa. The place is gorgeous, very clean and well kept. The owner welcomed us on arrival and showed us around the Villa, and was very accomodating when organising drivers for day trips. The location is great, just outside of the chaos of the main area of Seminyak but close enough to walk.

Beautiful accomodation for my group of 4, the place was very clean and pretty. Service was extraordinary, the owner helped us with our luggage and got us complementary fresh coconut when we first arrived. greet and sent us off with a huge smile. Definitely recommend. The bathroom was very nice as well and also had complementary body wash and shampoo. we also had our own private pool which was amazing in the heat. it is nice if you like exclusive and quiet accommodation close to foods as well. absolutely love love loved it here.
