Easy to discuss with the owner and clear communication. Very good accommodation in it's price range and the location is also very good in a quiet neighborhood with several spots nearby for enjoying the Balaton lake. The garden is also nice and sitting on the terrace during breakfast was very nice.

very nice place, big garden and very nice outdoor space, the barbecue spot was very cosy and we really enjoyed it when night felt. 3 bathrooms was perfect as well for a group of 10, the owner was very nice and helpful. there is a nice balcony as well to enjoy a view on fonyod, just 20 minutes by walk from the closest beach.
