I’m delighted to share my review of Balaton View Residence. My stay was truly enjoyable - the breathtaking view of Lake Balaton added a magical touch to the experience. The property’s family-friendly atmosphere made it a perfect getaway for the kids, and our BBQ session and marshmallow roasting around the fire pit were unforgettable highlights. The house was equipped with all we needed. It was very comfortable & in addition to the expected items, it was a pleasant surprise to have items such as a sewing kit, with every colour cotton you can think of, detergent for the washing machine and basic kitchen items. My partner said "it made the stay for a mum with family in tow very easy and comfortable". There was also ample off street parking. At night we even heard the waves on the lake.

The house is spacious and comfortable, and the quiet village in which it is situated has a little shop selling food and household necessities. There is also a pleasant cafe and restaurant. The garden is beautiful and overlooks the lake. The owners, Peter and Edit, could not have been more helpful and accommodating, and we were grateful for their proactive suggestions for local events and activities, and for their responsiveness to questions during our stay. We loved our stay at Mandula House in Paloznak and would definitely go again!

These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The room was amazing. Very clean and lots of room the jacuzzi that we had in the room was very large. The experience was very Romantic. The food was very good and plenty to eat different every day. If your going to stay choose the dinner option the expense was for 2 people for 3 days 25 euro. You can't eat at a restaurant anywhere for that price for 3 days
There is everything: dishes, cutlery, soap/shampoo. The house is very clean. The yard is very beautiful and cozy. Easily accessible from Budapest by train.

A very convenient location - off the main roads but only a 10-minute walk from the beach. Great, cooperative hosts / their local contacts, who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Very clean. Small garden was pleasant to sit in. We didn't use the barbecue but this was a good option to have.
