Outstanding location, front door is 10m from the sea! Waking up to the sound of the sea and with this breathtaking view is priceless. The villa was very clean and comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the different seating areas outside and being so close to the sea. It was like having your own private beach. Rooms are furnished to high standards, bathrooms spacious, pool with outdoor terraces where we spent most of the time. The hosts, Margarita and Mario, were very friendly and helped immediately with anything. Property is well taken care of and maintained with love and care. We had a great time at Villa Mendes and if opportunity arises, we will gladly return. I would definitely recommend a car or a boat for transport. The house was perfect for our family holiday! Well equipped, well located, clean. The AC in every room and the private jacuzzi on the terrace were wonderful additions to what would have already been a great vacation home. We may come back!

Beautiful apartment just on the beach. Splendid view from the terrace, few steps to the sea. Very clean and nice apartment, we were very satisfied and will return for sure!
The woman who was the owner of the facility takes great care of her guests. A very positive person. A nice gesture was also a treat with delicious home-made wine. The apartment was very clean, quiet and provided a lot of privacy. The owner reacted positively to every inconvenience that appeared. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax in silence.
Good location, really peaceful area, a great view of the sea, spacious terrace. There is also a place for a barbecue. The kitchen is pretty well-equipped. The whole apartment was very clean, a bit old-fashioned. 10 minutes to the Plaza Zavala, which was good for us, it is not overcrowded (in June) with a tree under which you can have a rest when you do not want to sunbathe. There is only one market in the neighbourhood, you have to go to Jelsa for bigger shopping.
