Beautiful house near Varaždinske Toplice with an outside terrace and wonderful furnishings inside.Host was easy to get in contact with to get the key and the house was clean and ready for our stay. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Croatia visiting family.

These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
Great host, it was easy to arrange a key handover. I was in a hurry and they offered to drop me off as I didn't have the car at the time.

Walking distance to the center was about 30 minutes. Handing over the keys was according to the instructions in the message, we were able to accommodate according to our needs. It was very nice of the owners to leave us fruit and a snack.
Very good contact with the owner. Also good localisation. The room is enough for the family,, very clean and has its own style. It is well equipped and would be good for a longer stay. Without air conditioning and opened windows there might be a bit loud if somebody is not accustomed to city life. Summarizing we recommend this place.
The accommodation is located right in the city center, in a historical building with available parking in the yard. The whole apartment is nicely renovated, very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was without any problems, he was very polite and helpful. I would definitely come back.
