We really enjoyed our stay at the Feel Good Villa. The house is spacious and well-equipped. Everything in it seemed brand new and top-notch, and the entire place was immaculately clean. There was something for everyone. There are the game and party rooms, which have plenty of things for both adults and kids: foosball table, pool table, games, and many toys. We also loved the heated pool, which you can use for both lounging and swimming (it generates a counter-current). The outdoors is fantastic, with a large backyard, barbecue, and a private dining area. The weather was nice during our stay, so we ate almost all meals outside.
The owner, Antonio, was very helpful before and during our stay. He obviously knows the area well and cares a lot about his guests’ experience. Overall, I highly recommend the Feel Good Villa for anyone wishing to visit or discover Gorski Kotar, in my opinion one of the best regions in Croatia to visit.

Although the location seemed a bit "off-the-track" at first, we had a lovely ride through the forrest, even encountered a pair of young fawns on the road (please, drive carefully ;-) ). Jasenak is a beautiful and peaceful small vilage in a plateau between the mountains.
Villa itself is extremely spacious, we felt like in the castle, kids loved it. Internal fireplace adds a lot to a cosy ambient. House was very clean, host was very helpful and available whenever we needed to ask something.
We allready started making plans of coming back again. Definitely recommend, top grades!
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
The house is located in the middle of a forest in a small village. To get there, use a gps but be careful which way you chose. The one through Skrad is recommendable.
The house is very clean and very well prepared for a stay. We had a rainy weather so we enjoyed the stove and cooked at home. Before we took some fruits from the garden, with permission of the landlord. In the garden there is a playground for kids. Every think very well maintained.
