Peace, peace, peace. A beautiful little house with all you might need on your holiday. Sparkling clean, remote and yet a fewm minutes drive to larger towns like Rogoznica, Trogir, even Split!
The hostess is kind and has managed to create a little peace of heaven (but with a hot tub! :))

We were a party on 7 (one 7-month old and 6 adults), the villa was spacious and had very good equipment for cooking meals etc. The pool was very nice, on the terrace there were enough different sun beds, also there were enough towels. The hosts had everything necessary for the baby - high chair, bed etc. Location was very nice, on the hill top and with a great view, only couple of other houses nearby.

The location of the apartment was the highlight of our stay in Primosten. The apartment has a homely feel to it and both spaces were air conditioned which given that we were there in early August heat was very necessary.

This accommodation was disappointing. We were expecting a 5 bedroom villa. It is not one villa, rather seperate rooms built around a common pool area. Whilst this was not necessarily a problem, it was not what we expected. The rooms are tired and in need of maintenance. Loose door hinges, window blinds that don’t work, shower screens and clips for shower screens missing. Not what we expected for the price we paid. On the positive side, the pool, terrace and view were amazing. and this is where we spent most of our time. Also worth mentioning the road into the property is narrow and steep. Not ideal for large vehicles. Regardless we had a lovely stay and Rogoznica was a beautiful place to visit.

The villa is beautiful, great design and practical. There is air con in the sitting room and bedrooms, and cool covered dining BBQ area at the back ( with a great gas BBQ ) Dishwasher, Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, staple salt and pepper items in the cupboard. Quality pans which is very nice on holiday. The garden however, is stunning. A beautiful pool with a waterfall feature and Mediterranean garden highlighting the hill behind, designed with love and care. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely with high quality fittings and good water pressure for showers. There is one bedroom venue the main level of the house which is a self contained apartment with a sitting room, shower room, washing machine and kitchenette. One bedroom is a study which can be converted to a double sofa bed which we used and was comfortable. The master bedroom has a mini balcony with a lovely view over the sea. Doris, our hostess, was amazing, quietly coming over early mornings to tidy the pool and water the garden, always ready to help e.g. topping up the dishwasher tablets, relaxed and smiling. Beach towels are provided, and there are thoughtful things around like mosquito coils and an amazing library of English books. We went on a fish picnic day trip to the islands from the village, kiosk for tickets for this and other excursions on the beach, and drove into Trogir for dinner a couple of times, just ten minutes away, loads of interesting restaurants there. Couple of restaurants in the village, had a nice pizza at Hotel Medtierranee. Swimming beach 5 mins walk via the handy underpass at the bottom of the road. There's a rocky path over the back of the hill to walk to Tommy's supermarket, 10 mins away via the back road if you don't fancy the main road. Day trip to Split and the Roman ruins at Salona nearby also recommended. Use the garage for your car to stop it cooking in the heat! We had a very happy week there and recommend this villa as a holiday venue.

One of the best locations/apartments in the area, with full view to the bay. Due to closeness of Rogoznica yacht base, there are many ships you can observe - bring your binocular! Amazing experience. Sea is very clean with many fishes to see during snorkeling, even octopus. Very calm bay, ideal for SUP lovers too. Apartment is clean, comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable. Terrace is very big, super in shadow hours to chill. Owners are very kind and attentive.

The owners are nice and helpful. The pictures reflects what you really get. The house is located a bit in the back so it seems to be more quiet during the high season but I the same time you have just a few steps from the sea.
In the backyard are two nice big grills.

Very friendly and kind hosts, pleasant and very clean house, large yard with Mediterranean vegetation (olives, citrus fruits, lavender). A full fridge and a welcome gift awaited us. The beach (stone beach, very clean turquoise sea) is a walking distance from the house. The accommodation is pet friendly and the yard around the house is fenced. This was very important to us because we have two large greyhounds.
The whole house was very clean and as we travelled in the group of 10, we enjoyed privacy, we had whole house for ourselves. Swimming pool was perfect.

We are very happy to book this apartment. It is very good equipped - you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, even tart moulds or toaster. It is also very clean and cozy, the apartment literally smelled fresh after recent cleaning. Also the host made an impression as a very warm and a heart warming person. We really recommend this place!
The host was super nice and helpful. I really enjoyed stay at this house. We had 2 minutes to the sea and a private pool. House is big and has 2 air conditioning. I would go here one more time.
