The property is big and it's fantastic - old stone house with three bedrooms, living room with kitchen. Outside lovely seating area under the grapes vines which give nice shadow. Swimming pool area is just wonderful - the pool is big and deep enough, water is clean (Mihael is cleaning it regularly), there is a lovely seating area around the pool and the pool bar with fridge and everything you need. Also additional toilet at the side of the bar, with washing machine - very handy. The whole surrounding is very relaxing - mountains, olive trees, fig trees - excellent. There is a garden which supplies delicious tomatoes during the season. Also plenty of space to park a car (even with shadow for most of the day).

Mihael - the host is very friendly and polite, always available to answer and to arrive if needed. Great and very welcome on the first day, always nice talk and he provided us a delicious local olive which made by himself.
As addition, there are very friendly cats on the property (regularly fed by owner), also other animals - turtles, lizards - very good experience, kids loved them.

The villa is stunning modern and clean . The kitchen has everything you need. The shower is powerful and has plenty of hot water for the four of us to shower after each other. Beds are all new and comfy. Good aircon in the villa makes for a nice, comfortable sleep at night. The whole villa and everything in it is brand new and very clean. Outside is amazing. The patio area again is all new and has fantastic views, and the pool is a really good size. Every morning, the pool was spotless. The cleaning system works very well. Nice new BBQ on patio. Although in the pictures the villa looks very remote, it's actually only 5 min drive to the stunning village of Gradac and also 5 mins away from the lakes which are also stunning. Another village you must visit is Blace, so scenic. To sum this Villa up, I would say it's a stunning villa in a stunning location with great views and privacy. Also, Igor, who owns the property, is a fantastic host who is full of information and very contactable via email / WhatsApp. You will not be disappointed with this villa.

10 out of 10 is not enough to describe the wonderful time we have spent at Maja and Marko’s. The apartment was very clean, well located , comfortable and nice. Our dog was welcome. The beach is really closed. We felt in love with Ploče.
Very comfortable and compact apartment with all the facilities you need. We only stayed for one night, but we felt at home. The host was very friendly and made suggestions about what we could do during our short visit. She even baked very tasty pastry for us. the fridge was filled with some supplies. Also everything was very clean and good smelling, like sheets and towels. We could even park our car in a closed garage. Internet was working properly.
The apartment is new and also very very clean.
The bed is comfortable - we especially liked the comfy pillows and the fact, that we had two seperate blankets.
Also there are all the necessary amenities to prepare breakfast in the morning.
Parking in front of the apartment made travelling easier as well.
The service was kind, helpful and very friendly. The room was modern, big and very clean with nice balcony. The hotel was clean and quiet with nice swimming pool. The breakfasts were tasty. Generally very good place.
The host was fantastic! We arrived very late at night and entered the wrong way to the property, but the host was kindly moved their car for us. Then the host brought the best watermelon and fresh figs for us. The best watermelon and figs ever!
Everything at the property was as expected. The rooms were very clean and you have everything in the kitchen that you can cook food. The rooms were a bit small but the beds were comfy. We had a great time I highly recommend this place.
