This is a cozy place located in the hills and away from the town center. There are two neighboring houses but both were vacant during our stay so everything was completely quiet at all times (except for us...). We had a little garden at our disposal. There is a nice solar shower in the terrace.
The main advantage of this apartment is that one can walk to the northern Lopar beaches. It takes about half an hour. The beaches are sandy and very shallow---perfect for smaller kids. If one wants to swim then one needs to wade in for at least a 100 meters. We also have a secret tiny pebble beach near Supetarska Draga where we used to go (drive to) in the mornings before taking a long siesta and then walking to the local sandy beaches in the evenings.
The landlady is nice and if there is any problem she is ready to help. She speaks Croatian and German.

We were there with a three year old child so we always had to use car to get to any beach, but everything was reachable within 5-10 minutes. Journeys to beaches such as Dubac were quite long and demanding given traveling with the small child. But the accomodation was perfect, absolute privacy and peace and quiet. I would only appreciate window nets as there was a lot of mosquitos.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. The hosts of the apartment are super lovely, they welcomed us with warm heart and were so cool about everything. They didn’t “bother” us at all, however, if we needed help, we got immediately. The view of the sea is just amazing, and the Paradise beach is only a few minutes walk. We came with a dog and she also loved every second of our stay. The apartment was very clean, so as the linen and the towel. The garden is beautiful, and if you wish you can hang around with other guests there or alone too.
Great host, roomy and very clean apartments. Terase surrounded with flowers was amazing. Kids loved the garden with the trampoline and swings. Highly recommended.
