We were very pleasantly surprised at how clean and functional and well decorated this apartment was. We loved the outdoor eating area, and the modern and well furnished rooms. The kitchen was so well stocked with every tool, and we cooked at home a number of times because it was so easy. We spent more time in the apartment that we planned because it was just comfortable and welcoming. We also loved the location just a couple short blocks from the harbour, but with a great bakery, market, and restaurants "off the strip" to make it feel like your own local discoveries.

The house is very nice, having all the amenities necessay for a great stay. The garden of the house is also great for spending time outside the house, allowing guests to eat on the big table present there along with lots of chairs. Guests can park the car inside the garden on the area reserved for that. The house is very well locared, at a very close walking distance from all services and from the many natural areas of Medulin. And there even is a great Lidl supermarket at just 2 minutes walking distance from the property. Medulin is a very nice town, and Croatia is a beautuful and very civilized country. We enjoyed very much our stay in Croatia!

The trip was great, nice staf and great location (10 min near beach). The house was very clean, the space was big enough and also very big parcel!! There were two cats and one cute dog whome I'd adopt😅.
the villa was lovely, very spacious and lovely pool area and spacious balcony , liked the ensuite bedroom on ground floor if you have mobility issues this was ideal, the villa was very clean even the pool was spotless , will definitely return and everyone even the neighbours were very friendly and polite and was made t feel welcome

Splendid apartment with a generous terrace with a beautiful sea view. All the rooms very clean and a very well equipped kitchenette. Free parking under a palm tree inside the big garden. Just outside the building there is a Studenac grocery store which is a big plus. Wonderful hosts that have a special eye for details and always smiling and very friendly. Our family had a great stay at this accommodation. Very close by car to Medulin, Pula, Fazana, Ronvinj and other beautiful Istrian destinations. An excellent base to discover Istria by car.
The apartment was comfortable for me and my two kids and very clean, too. There was everything we needed in it.
The balcony is nice. There is a good aircoditioner in the living room. The parking place is near the house.
The owner speaks English. She explained us everything and answered our questions ( in WhatsApp, too). We needed ca. 5 Minutes to drive to the free parking zone at the nearest beach and 10-30 min. to many other beaches in the area. There are a few big supermarkets in Medulin, where we could buy everything we needed.
