This apartment is in an excellent location, just up steps from the Riva and from the main square. The apartment is on the third floor of the building itself. It has an amazing terrace, with superb views. There is a great kitchen/reception area, with black-out shutters leading to the terrace/balcony. The bathroom is generously proportioned, very clean, and there were plenty of towels available too.
As per all reviews, the bed (very comfy double) is on a high mezzanine level, and is accessed by a steep, narrow stairs. Definitely fine for us, but not for anyone with any kind of mobility or balance issues! There is access to a washing machine on the ground floor, which is very handy. There is ample space to dry towels etc on the terrace, the only thing that might be a good addition would be a clothes horse.
We met our host, Anita, every morning. She was always offering to help, but to be honest, this apartment has everything one could need already. She is a lovely person and an extremely hard worker. The welcome gift in the fridge was much appreciated too! Highly recommend, so long as you are good with stairs!

Location first rate, close to the cathedral but in a generally quiet side street. Easy walk with luggage from the port across St Stephens Square. Property very clean and well presented. General living area comfortable. Bedrooms a little compact but provided with enough storage.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.

Big pluses are proximity to several beaches, restaurants, small store or bakery in Ivan Dolac village. Shopping at a larger market requires a trip to nearby Jelsa, but this is not a big problem.
Very helpful staff, promptly answering all questions, providing sightseeing advices and proactively solving problems.

Apartment is really close to the sea and some nice beaches. The place was comfortable for the whole family and the kids really enjoyed the private pool.
The owner was very generous (even gave us free wine), the rooms were very clean with all the items in it. Location is perfect, because the beach was very near. Also the road from Stari Grad to apartments was very fun and exciting. I definitely recommend this place!
