We were a party on 7 (one 7-month old and 6 adults), the villa was spacious and had very good equipment for cooking meals etc. The pool was very nice, on the terrace there were enough different sun beds, also there were enough towels. The hosts had everything necessary for the baby - high chair, bed etc. Location was very nice, on the hill top and with a great view, only couple of other houses nearby.

Villa Lumaka Sun.... We spend great time there. We where two families all together, 4 adults and 4 kids aged between 3-17. Villa is very comfortable, very clean, very well maintained. Kids had absolute blast with the pool, they didnt even bother to turn tv on for whole week. Great outside space to relax in the shade, place to kick the ball, BBQ area, parking for couple of cars. Inside is clean, maintained in very good standard, tvs and air conditioning in every room which blast freezing air in no time. Accommodation is very specious, and modern. It is great place if You want to visit some nearby cities or attractions. Within 30 min drive You got places like Krka NP, Sibenik, Vodice, Primosten. Local beach is like 5 min walk from villa, and some other nice beaches few min drive away. ( beach in Bilo , Vodice) Couple Local shops in few min walk and supermarket nearby if You need anything.

Very close to the sea (literally 15 meters), excellent view from the terrace. It's in the "old town" of Primosten, yet it's on the far end, which means the streets there not overcrowded by the tourist. Separate double bedroom and bathroom on each floor, the top two floors have they own terrace.

The location of the apartment was the highlight of our stay in Primosten. The apartment has a homely feel to it and both spaces were air conditioned which given that we were there in early August heat was very necessary.

This accommodation was disappointing. We were expecting a 5 bedroom villa. It is not one villa, rather seperate rooms built around a common pool area. Whilst this was not necessarily a problem, it was not what we expected. The rooms are tired and in need of maintenance. Loose door hinges, window blinds that don’t work, shower screens and clips for shower screens missing. Not what we expected for the price we paid. On the positive side, the pool, terrace and view were amazing. and this is where we spent most of our time. Also worth mentioning the road into the property is narrow and steep. Not ideal for large vehicles. Regardless we had a lovely stay and Rogoznica was a beautiful place to visit.

The hosts were very approachable and accommodating. The unit was new and very clean with a lovely terrace and view of the beautiful Adriatic Sea with the beach area right there. Would highly recommend this charming hotel.
The host is an amazing man we felt very welcome and felt very comfortable, such an amazing person. The place was very clean and super close to the water, there was a place to park our car and WiFi. Definitely will be coming back ! 😊
Very clean and spacious accommodation, enormous terrace with the seaview, the beach is just a short walk away, the area has everything you would need: cafes, ice cream, 2 supermarkets. We had a wonderful time.
The built was high quality, 3 out of 4 bedrooms had a bathroom making our stay most comfortable, little details such as enough cutlery, complete BBQ equipment etc. is worth noting. The owners were most courteous and welcomed us with a bowl of fruits and some drinks! 😀 The pool was every clean. Overall I can recommend Villa Authentica for up to 8 people (we were 2 families of 4) without a doubt. The house is beautiful and out stay felt like at „home“ as we were cooking mostly ourselves.
Modern and beautiful apartment, perfect for one night for5 or 6 persons for transit. Close to beach and restaurants, very clean, friendly host. Beds are comfy.
