Spacious and plenty of room for the 3 of us. Location provides great views of volcano, along with the villages of San Juan and San Pedro. Always a welcome oasis to return to this retreat home after a day out exploring. We would find a different place to enjoy on the property. Very well taken care of and has everything you need.

Location was ok and was on water. Area around villas outside gates could use some cleanup. But water was great. Kids band practice was wonderful. The villas are beautiful. Upstairs was to die for.

The room had no curtains when we arrived and although they are oartially darkened you can see inside at night. They pur them up when we asked. The unit is anything but luxurious, but considering others in the area it is better. Location is excellent with great view if the lake. Bed is comfy. Shower is not good. It is hand held and needs uodating as does mist if the unit. Decent pool and hot tub. Overall ok for the area.

Beautiful view and location in a nice area on Lake Atitlan. Clemens was a great host and assisted in arranging private lanchas for arrival and departure. The kitchen facilities are nice to have and it is good to follow the suggestion to buy groceries in Panajachel before coming to the house. It is a very private location. Especially enjoyed the hammock and watching sunrises and sunsets from the porch.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
We had a great (and much too short) stay at Atitlan Sunset Lodge. The Tree House (with an amazing view on Lake Atitlan) was perfectly equipped and very clean and the food at the restaurant was just awesome!
We loved to stay here and even extended our stay! The room and view is just stunning, spacious and very clean. The location not at lake is perfect and really quiet- and supernice staff!
This accommodation was wonderful, the room is spacious with big windows, bed with bug net, a closet, separate shower and toilet, both very clean, and of course the rooftop seating. We enjoyed the sunset up there, overlooking the city. The breakfast was amazing, our host was always smiling and very helpful. The entire house is comfortable and clean. I would recommend it.
It's conveniently located, very clean and offers a great view of the volcanoes from some of the suites. It offers credit card payments although staff prefer cash payments which is common in that area. The kitchenette in Suite 1 had all necessary kitchen utensils and a great private lounge/balcony.

the atmosphere for hostel is very good. Everyone is respecting each others space and it's very positive vibes.
Great food/full bar, always action at this hostel. Very clean. staff is excellent.
Especially fun to sit up top and watch the tuktuk drivers, drive up/down the hill to town. there is a Sauna and nightly events
Been now living beside this hostel for a few weeks, and always have a great time when visit. Great energy.
The hotel property was very well kept and the view from the room was stunning. They had a cute garden in which we sat practically all the time and we could swim in front of the hotel as well. The communal bathroom and showers were also very clean and we loved the water pressure. The restaurant also had good food.
