It was a nice size property. We had plenty of space. It was a well equipped property. The 3 double bedrooms were very good sizes with access to a balcony, all bedrooms had aircon. 2 bedrooms were ensuite. The living space was comfortable again with access to a balcony, no aircon downstairs. There was plenty seating on balconies, but it was just canvas directors chairs. It was a residential area so quiet.

Katia is simply the best host, our family had a wonderful time. The apartment itself is cute, lovingly decorated, spacious and quiet. It's well stocked with everything a family needs from cooking to entertainment. Katia's family live in the rest of the house above the apartment and they are super quiet. The local village does have taverns, a pharmacy and a mini-mart within walking distance, but we were glad we had a car to get to all the amenities of the local larger town called Kiato (beaches, shopping, cafes, taverns) and interesting archaeological sites which are just a few minutes drive away. Will be back to stay again!
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The apartment was very clean with nice furniture and the hosts very kind. The location was very convenient close to a mini-market and near to the beach.
The room was very clean and in new condition with nice minimal decoration. Sound isolation was excellent too, overall i would give the room facilities 10/10

The apartment was very clean, cozy, and extremely well-equipped, especially for long stays. The kitchen facilities and washing machine were a bonus. The apartment is in a very central location, immediately next to Xylokastro's main square and by-the-sea promenade, and really close to public parking spaces, supermarkets, the Pefkias forest, and the Pefkias beach.
We loved our stay. We booked a small room in The Gardens Gallery, and the room didn't have the sea view. We had an issue with the access key to the room. So, the reception lady upgraded us to the adjacent hotel, Riveira, which was a more luxury one, and we got a room facing the sea with beautiful balcony. The new room we got was more spacious. The reception lady was always there for the help. Our stay was more than what we originally booked for. The room was very clean and comfy. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the upgrade.
